Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making assault to Ansari by dabiya causing injury on his head.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bounsi P.S.
