The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and others sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. There is allegation that the petitioner and his family members killed the wife of the petitioner for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry within two years of her marriage.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court has already sent a report stating that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.
