Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. Injury report annexed with supplementary affidavit goes to show that the informant sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. However, there appears to be case and counter case.

Case No.84/2019.
