2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024.

4. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have abducted the daughter of the informant with an intention to marry with her.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69262 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. The victim girl has been recovered and her statements have been recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she solemnized marriage with this petitioner out of her own sweet-will. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.05.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
