It appears that the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Yadav and some others and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.Case No. 82 of 2014.
