2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2017 in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with blocking of road by mob of persons of which the petitioner is said to be a member. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP however invites attention to the order of the learned District and Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad according to which there is specific allegation against the petitioner of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51684 of 2017 (2) dt.13-11-2017 committing assault of police personnel by lathi, dunda and brick bats causing injury on the police personnel. The petitioner has been identified along with other accused persons. A perusal of the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad discloses that liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after two months.

5. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may avail the liberty granted as aforesaid by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad.
