The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 437 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol with one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the he is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is a student of B.A. PartI in P.C. College, Buxar and he is in custody since 22.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and
