Petitioners are in jail custody since 15.11.2014 on the accusation that they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and in course of search, one country made pistol containing four cartridges was recovered from possession of the petitioner no. 1 whereas one country made pistol containing five live cartridges as well as six live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 2. Para-3 to this petition reveals that petitioner do not have any criminal antecedent.
