JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 489(A)(C)(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.12.2015 on the accusation that six counterfeit notes of 100 rupees were found in possession of the petitioner whereas two counterfeit notes of 100 rupees were found in possession of co-accused Hare Ram Prasad. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11883 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.233 of 2015.
