JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, disclosing offences under Section 363A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has been recorded, in which, she disclosed her age as 20 years and she has further stated that she has solemnized marriage with one Ajay Chaudhary and only allegation against this petitioner is that he has taken the girl and handed her over to her sister and except that there is no allegation against him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with G.B.
