====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34020 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the name of police station in the address of the petitioner and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, name of police station in the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Pipra Kothi' instead of 'Motihari Muffasil'. Same error has occurred in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 25.07.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, name of police station in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69847 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 the address of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34020 of 2023, 'Pipra Kothi' be read as 'Motihari Muffasil' and further four weeks' time for furnishing bail-bond from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34020 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
