2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the assailants of the victim, causing injury to the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the case. He further submits that the father and his two sons are made accused in this case because of land dispute.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Pauthu P.S.
