None of the petitioners are named in the first information report. However, after going through the order impugned, it is apparent that petitioners have joined hand with the accused Shivnath Singh, President of Banarpur PACS in getting the subsidiary over paddy bags.

From Annexure-2, it is apparent that Shivnath Singh had already been granted bail vide order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37388 of 2014. Petitioners are under custody since 23.03.2015.

Accordingly, petitioners, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Sri Bhagwan Singh, Amar Nath Sharma, Mahendra Singh and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17626 of 2015 (02) dt.13-05-2015 Ram Narayan Singh each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P. S. Case no.14 of 2014.
