2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted and caused fire arm injury to the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63181 of 2022(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 counter version of the case and petitioner No.1 lodged Guraru PS case No. 56/2022 against the informant and others.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that prosecution case is fully supported and corroborated by the injury report wherein one fire arm injury was found on the index finger of the informant. Petitioners have got criminal antecedent of two cases.

6. Considering the facts of the case and nature of accusation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
