2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 852 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 385 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
