JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The petitioner has filed the present application for review of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15377 of 2019.

Vide order dated 31.07.2019, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of HRA and DA. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner as to payment of HRA and DA was not incorporated in the order dated 31.07.2019.

No.289 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 From the materials available on record, it appears that the aforesaid omission is a mistake and the ends of justice would meet, the order is reviewed and modified to the extent that the direction dated 31.07.2019 also include payment of HRA and DA to the petitioner is concerned.
