Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case in brief is that while the informant was staying near the house of his brother Ramjee Yadav , in the mean time the petitioners along with other coaccused persons equipped with Garasa, Khanti, Lathi and gun came there and started abusing to the informant and on his asking about the said abusing the petitioner accused Buchani @ Ramdeo Yadav has assaulted with Khanti on the head of the informant who was also assaulted with Lathi on his body and leg whereas co-

No.21027 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 accused Jai Jail Lal Yadav has assaulted with Garasa on the head of the informant's brother Dinesh Yadav who was also assaulted with Lathi by the petitioner Dhyhani Yadav besides co-accused Pappu Yadav and Manoj Yadav whereas co-accused Anil Yadav has opened fire from country made rifle and accordingly the It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 09.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that other accused persons have been granted bail by another Bench of this Court.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners are name in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Jehanabad in Kako P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014.
