2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have purchased a stolen motorcycle for Rs. 6000/-.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.6.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67588 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur /concerned Court below in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.

7. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If the Court below finds that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted. If the Court below finds that the petitioner is involved in any other case, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
