The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 354, 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of POCSO Act.

The informant alleged that petitioner and other accused persons forcibly got his daughter seated on a motor cycle but on alarm the petitioner was apprehended and Panchayat was held.

It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted and petitioner was brutally assaulted by the co-villager including the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 20.03.2015 and the statement of victim has not been recorded. No kidnapping was done rather an attempt was made.
