The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One live cartridge, one knife and a mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of Chandan Das, who has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 4821 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 28.7.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Abhishek, Judicial
