2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354B, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has fired upon the brother of the informant due to which he sustained injury of his leg.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67073 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and he has committed no offence as has been alleged by the prosecution side.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, the period of custody and also the nature of injury, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022.
