JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Furthermore, another motorcycle was recovered from the house of Harendra Paswan, who disclosed that he had purchased the same from the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the motorcycle was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and other persons are also residing in the house. Having regard to the allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
