This petition is filed for modification of the order dated 26.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53155 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the first paragraph as well as in the prayer portion of the anticipatory bail petition in spite of satisfaction Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan Additional District Judge, 1st Siwan has been typed and he may be permitted to make correction in first paragraph as well as prayer portion of the anticipatory bail petition being Cr. Misc. No. 53155 of 2019. Prayer is allowed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in first paragraph and prayer portion of Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59285 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 53155 of 2019 and the order dated 26.08.2019 is modified accordingly.

The period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for two weeks from today.

This modification petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
