The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and another boy came to the house of the informant on the pretext that they are resident of village of his daughter-in-law and after sometime the daughter-in-law of the informant was missing. It is submitted that during course of investigation, it has come that the daughter-in-law of the informant was in love from before and she was forcibly married with the son of the informant. The victim is still traceless. The father and other relatives of the victim have stated that the petitioner has kidnapped the victim.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16261 of 2016 (3) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the victim is still traceless, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
