The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.04.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession a licensing revolver of Alakh Paswan was recovered and nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that petitioner is a patient of mental dis-order and his treatment was going on with the Dr. (Col) S.K. Jha at Neurology Clinic.
