JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.08.2014 in connection with Gauri Chak P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

From possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25415 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 and one live cartridge is said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that other co-accused has also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7136 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014.
