The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim and when the informant went to make complaint about misdeeds of the son of the petitioner, the petitioner and his wife are alleged to have misbehaved with the informant. There is no allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
