2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of total 146.880 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68030 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No.2, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 .

7. The petitioner will visit Sikraul Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
