JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The petitioner has filed the present application for review of the order dated 02.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15711 of 2019.

Vide order dated 02.08.2019, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for error in calculation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner as to payment of HRA and DA was not incorporated in the order dated 02.08.2019.

No.291 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 From the materials available on record, it appears that the aforesaid omission is a mistake and the ends of justice would meet, if the Court modify the order dated 02.08.2019 incorporating the direction so far as payment of HRA and DA to the petitioner is concerned.
