2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 6 of 2024 arising out of Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from the impugned order, it appears that the charge has been framed in the present case.

4. Upon perusal of the impugned order and upon perusal of the materials available on record, no fresh ground for review of the earlier order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
