Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 3 RP(U.P) Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was carrying heavy goods on his head and going towards south to east he was caught and handed over to the police. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No.23364 of 2015.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report.

No.29371 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial magistrate, Patna in Mokama R.P.F.
