Petitioner and one other F.I.R. named accused were caught in suspicious condition when they along with some others were standing near a shop and it is alleged that one cartridge and one Aari Patti were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
