2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 447, 448, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has assaulted the victim with a dabia on the head causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67117 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
