The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that daughter of the informant, namely, Jhunni Devi was married with co-accused Udai Ram in the year 2009 and due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry she was done to death.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2015. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27107 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Aurangabad in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015.
