JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-09-2018 Perused the report at flag 'Y' received from the learned District & Sessions Judge, Madhepura. The report prima facie held responsible the then office clerk of C.J.M. Sri Vijay Kumar, office clerk of Sri Neeraj Kumar, the then A.C.J.M., Madhepura and Sri Sudhir Jha the then A.C.J.M., Madhepura for non-disposal of the petition of the petitioner.

In view of this prima facie inquiry, he is now required to proceed in the administrative side for taking appropriate action against the persons concerned in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has taken steps before the court of learned Special Judge, Darbhanga.
