She has stated that she is the wife of the petitioner but she was not knowing the facts about the pendency of the cases against her husband.

The deponent is a Pardanashin lady and the reasons shown by her appear to be reasonable.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the show cause is accepted and no further action is required.
