The petitioners seek bail in Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the accused persons were constructing hut on her land and when she and her husband objected the accused persons and petitioners assaulted the husband of the informant with fists and slaps. Neetu Devi brought a piece of bamboo and handed over the same to her father Devendra Rai and Devendra Rai assaulted Hiralal Rai. The husband of the informant got injury and died. The petitioners and informant are relatives. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Hiralal Rai died on account of injury found on the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
