Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1191 of 2016 (2) dt.31-01-2018 but the fact is that both parties have already lodged the FIR which have been brought on record vide Annexure-B and C to the counter affidavit.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ application.
