====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 11.6.2018 passed by the Special Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by which the earlier Managing Committee was dissolved, has been reinstated. I have been informed by learned counsel for the Madarsa Board that the tenure of the Managing Committee is of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17537 of 2018(7) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 three years. Since the orders passed by the Appellate Authority reinstating the previous Managing Committee is of 2018 and the terms of three years has already been passed, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage and, therefore, I find that the present writ application has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
