The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barsoi (Sudhani O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 323, 313, 307, 452 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a complaint case filed under section 307 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that earlier petitioner has also filed a case against the informant. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
