Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the field which does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66515 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
