The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that earlier vide order dated 28.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47396 of 2021, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

The accusation is of killing the husband of the informant by hitting him on his chest by means of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72642 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 hockey stick by the accused persons including the petitioner.

Considering the fact that vide order dated 28.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47396 of 2021, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court and the fact that no new ground has been raised by the petitioner to take a different view in the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

The learned Court below may consider the regular bail of the petitioner, in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
