Mr.Arun Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of the BNS.
3. The allegation in the FIR is that three miscreants, who were riding on motorcycles, stopped the informant's motorcycle, threatened him with arms, snatched his purse and a bag containing Rs. 66,260/- and then fled away.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner's name has figured in the confessional statement of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65126 of 2025(2) dt.12-01-2026 2/3 co-accused Raushan Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Yadav @ Annu. The money recovered from the petitioner was his own money and co-accused Raushan Kumar, in whose confessional statement the petitioner's name has figured, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It has also been submitted that no TIP has been conducted till date and the petitioner has been in custody since 10.03.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
7. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65126 of 2025(2) dt.12-01-2026 3/3 case(s), mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
