The petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the respondents not to disturb them in peaceful possession over the subject land. Mr. Katriar counsel for the State has drawn attention
Patna High Court CWJC No.13358 of 2013 (2) dt.11-03-2016 2/2 of the Court to the statements made in para 12 of the writ petition on perusal thereof, it appears that an application seeking injunction was filed by the petitioners in the pending suit which was dismissed.
