Under the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal. However, it is requested to make observation that if the appeal is preferred within a period of four weeks from today, the same may be considered in accordance with law without raising the issue with respect to limitation.

Under the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is observed that if the appeal is preferred before the Appellate Authority within a period of four
