2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2023 and has 8 criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67129 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
