The petitioner seeks bail in Parasi @ Prasi P.S. Case no. 24/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 25 live cartridges were recovered under the bed of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 30.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasi @ Prasi P.S. Case no. 24/2015.
