The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that on completion of investigation the police found the accusation made in the F.I.R. against the petitioner to be false and submitted final report, but differing with the police report, the learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence, the petitioner is directed to be
