2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 354, 379, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is alleged to have been injured by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
