The petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 42/2015 registered for the offence under Section 366 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the victim. The victim recovered and she made her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. She disclosed that some unknown person came and pressed her mouth and she become unconscious, when she gained her consciousness she found herself in Delhi. The petitioner stated that she went along with the petitioner. The victim stated that she moved through different places along with petitioner, but she did not made any allegation of ill treatment.
